Milestone 2: Fine-Tuning
The second portion is released once the vehicles complete full mechanical preparation and road readiness.
Milestone 3: Final 70%
Only released when you personally meet the road team, physically inspect the vehicles, and confirm to your satisfaction that everything is ready to depart.
