1. Introduction & Reservations

By reserving your spot on any segment of El Otro Mundial caravan, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Access to the trip is subject to availability and confirmation of payment through the secure escrow system.

2. Escrow Guarantee System

To protect your participation and ensure the seriousness of the project, your money is deposited in an escrow account managed by Escrow.com. Funds are released in verifiable stages:

• Milestone 1 (Vehicle Purchase): First release upon confirming the acquisition of the official transport vehicles.
• Milestone 2 (Fine-Tuning): Second release upon completion of mechanical preparation of the vehicles.
• Milestone 3 (Final 70%): Released only when you personally meet the road team, physically inspect the vehicles, and confirm everything is ready to depart.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

If you decide to cancel your participation before the fund release stages are completed, refunds will be processed according to Escrow.com's established policies, minus the applicable platform operating fees.

4. Responsibility & Code of Conduct

The caravan is an independent, community-driven journey. Participants must follow the organizing team's road safety rules and show mutual respect toward fellow travelers and the communities we visit along the route through Mexico.
